πŸ§‘πŸ»‍🏭Pwede po bang magwork sa Brazil πŸ‡§πŸ‡· bilang tourist?

It’s possible. As long as once you arrive, you apply for residency — through marriage to a naturalized or local Brazilian — before your tourist visa expires, so it can be converted into a resident visa.

Alternatively, you can apply for a digital nomad visa (for freelancers) or even a refugee visa / protocolo. Technically, we’re not directly entitled to the latter, but many have used it temporarily — and there have even been cases approved after four years of continuous renewal (renewable yearly). At naging 9 years renewal na po ang visa. REFUGEE VISA/PROTOCOLO will let you do the following:

✅Work Legally. Once you work legally under a single employer for 4 consecutive years maaari mo pong iconvert ang iyong Protkcolo into employment visa.

✅Open Bank Account

✅Open a small Business

If you are pregnant or planning to be, you can also give birth here, which allows you to convert your tourist visa into permanent residency later on.
